Do you charge my clients too?

What counts as an "AI message"?

Every reply the AI receptionist sends to a visitor counts as one message. A typical qualified lead conversation is 8–12 messages.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, anytime. Annual saves you two months compared to paying monthly. Prorated on upgrade or downgrade.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?

Sites, forms, and retention are hard caps — you'll need to upgrade to add more. AI messages and bookings block new activity at the cap until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
How is data retention enforced?

Older visitor sessions, form submissions, and chat transcripts are removed beyond your plan's retention window. Exports can be downloaded before deletion.
Do you offer refunds?
